  • We work with athletes and active individuals at every stage—whether you’re returning from injury, training for your next season, or simply trying to move and feel better. You don’t need to be injured to work with us. Many athletes come to Endure to stay healthy, improve performance, or build consistency before pain or injury ever becomes an issue. From beginners to competitive athletes, if you’re willing to put in the work, we’ll meet you where you are.

  • Endure listens first. We don’t rush you through a preset protocol or treat the injury in isolation. Instead, we build a plan around your goals, lifestyle, and training demands. Our focus is long-term consistency—helping you move well, train smarter, and stay healthy beyond the clinic walls.

  • We offer a range of recovery services designed to support training and reduce injury risk, including soft tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, IASTM, kinesiology taping, and guided recovery strategies. Recovery at Endure isn’t a luxury—it’s part of smart, effective training.

  • Yes—and this is one of our specialties. Endure bridges the gap between being “cleared” and feeling confident training again. We guide athletes through a safe, progressive return to running or sport by addressing strength, mobility, movement patterns, recovery, and workload management.

  • Sessions are active, intentional, and tailored to you. Each visit may include movement assessment, hands-on recovery, strength or mobility work, and education to help you understand your body and training. You’ll always know why you’re doing what you’re doing.

  • Absolutely. We believe the best outcomes happen when everyone is aligned. We’re happy to coordinate with your coach or integrate your current training plan into your care so everything works together—not against each other.

  • We train in person inside D1 Val Vista, and we also offer Telehealth and remote coaching options. Whether you’re local or training from afar, we can build a plan that supports your goals. You can get started by booking a session directly through our site.
