About Us
Who is Endure Performance Training?
We are the coach who listens first, builds a plan around you, and stays in your corner for the long run. We believe progress doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from consistency, smart training, and taking care of your body before it breaks down. Endure exists to bridge the gap between injury, training, and performance, helping athletes return stronger, stay healthier, and trust the process along the way.
Meet the Trainers
Dr. Brianne Vannucci PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, Distance Running Coach, and Owner of Endure
Dr. Brianne Vannucci earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from San Diego State University in 2017, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Movement Science from Penn State University.
As an endurance athlete and distance running coach, Bri knows what it takes to turn long-term goals into reality. She takes pride in the journey — from building strength and staying consistent to training her way to a Boston Marathon qualifier. That mindset fuels the way she coaches and supports athletes of all levels in their pursuit of progress.
Bri is a physical therapist with extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, and became a VDOT Certified Distance Running Coach in 2019. She takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to both PT and performance, and is certified in Dry Needling, Running Gait Analysis, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
Based in Phoenix, AZ, Bri lives with her husband, son, and Labrador, Derby. She loves to travel and try new things, firmly believing some of the best adventures start with a packed bag and a good pair of running shoes.

Michelle Felton LMHC, CEDS-C
VDOT Certified Running Coach and Therapist
Michelle earned her Master’s degree in Community Mental Health in 2009, with a specialization in sports psychology.
A lifelong runner, Michelle competed in track and cross country throughout high school and college, focusing on middle-distance events and the high jump. After college, she shifted her focus to long-distance running, including marathons. As both a runner and a therapist, she deeply values the mind-body connection and believes that mental preparation is just as essential as physical training.
Michelle has experience working with athletes across a wide range of goals—from those returning to running after time away, to individuals training for their first marathon. She understands that each athlete’s journey is unique, and she tailors her approach to meet each person's needs and goals.
Based in Boston, Michelle lives with her husband. Outside of work and running, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and baking!
