  • While many of our clients are runners, physical therapy is appropriate for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and reduce setbacks. If running or sport is part of your life, care is tailored to support those demands.

  • Yes. We work with individuals recovering from surgery or time away from training to rebuild strength, restore movement, and return to activity safely and confidently.

  • Care at Endure is individualized and focused on how you move, train, and live—not just treating symptoms. Sessions prioritize education, movement quality, and long-term confidence rather than short-term relief alone.

  • Absolutely. It’s recommended and many clients use physical therapy alongside coaching or personal training for preventative care or additional support. We’ll help you determine what combination makes the most sense for your goals.

  • Yes. Physical therapy is available in person, with Telehealth options offered when appropriate. We’ll help you choose the best format based on your needs and location.
