Hiring a coach takes the stress out of training. It allows you to build fitness without the hours spent planning and questioning your training. Having a coach adds another level of accountability and motivation. A coach is also able to adjust your program when unexpected obstacles arise and prevents you from “too-much-too-soon” which leads to injury and burn out. We will discuss every workout, keep training exciting, and I will be with you every step of the way!
